From 2009 to 2021, John excelled as Executive DoW Account Manager at Lexmark, supporting global DoW customers such as ARNG, USAF, USMC, CENTCOM, SOUTHCOM, USSOCOM, USACE, Army, and Navy. His initiatives drove significant improvements in processes, cost savings, and security, including a $100 million enterprise-wide savings for USSOCOM C4IAS over five years through Managed Print Services (MPS) and Cloud Security solutions.
